On day two of The Great Britain XI, Flying Scotsman brought the train into York from the overnight stay in Scarborough. We see the train coming into York past rows of pleasant middle class terraced houses. A little later, the Bulleid pacific number 35018 "British India Line" takes the train out of York, heading for Carlisle via the Settle & Carlisle line, and is seen at Colton Junction, to the south of York.
