The NEB approved the Kinder Morgan Trans Mountain pipeline. Ecojustice says the NEB should not have approved the pipeline because it did not consider 'climate change'. The World Resources Institute contributed to setting three quarters of the national intended targets of greenhouse gas emissions for the Paris conference. This is undue influence from one NGO. Why is Ecojustice, an offshore funded charity, trying to block pipelines and put people out of work in Canada?
