Parking is sparse, Yuppy Vancouverites J-walk when they please, Bikes never share but will growl at you if their personal space is threatened, Signaling is optional. BUT when you get out of the vehicle the people are friendly and colorful. When you walk around people actually smile back for a change. So a great place to walk and eat (Gelato is my fav), walk on the beach after a nice steak dinner, but not if you plan to drive :)
