Standing in one point and swiveling 360 degrees flat with the horizon. Like an owl spins it's head in a circle taking in the view of many microcars. This was taken in June 2011 at the Great Pacific NW Microcar show in Forest Grove Oregon with my Panasonic Lumix ZS7 camera in 720p HD. I later upgrade processed the video to 1080p. It's amusing to me to take a video of so many other people taking pictures of the cars. Everyone seems to be having such a great time.
