A couple of weeks before writing this I visited and rolled with some fellow skate rats up in SF... one of the guys was Tanis, who just appeared on the Slap Magazine site with an epic hippie jump: http://www.slapmagazine.com/articles/short/triple-double The other cat is my good friend Damon Thorley... if you ever email Deluxe or message Deluxe on Facebook, he's probably one of the people you talked to! I wanted to document more, but we skated so much (and skated from place to place) it was a little difficult.
