This chilling CCTV footage shows a hooded man lurking outside the home where mother-of-three Samantha Fraser was found dead. Police are hunting Ms Fraser's killer after the 38-year-old's body was discovered in her garage on Phillip Island, south of Melbourne, last Monday. Investigators released footage on Thursday of a man walking along Ms Fraser's street and towards her house between 9am and 12.02pm on the day of her murder. The man was wearing a black hoodie with a distinctive dark blue band on the midriff and arms, dark pants and dark shoes.
