HENDERSONVILLE, N.C. -- A major mountain health provider began expansion of outpatient service in Hendersonville. Park Ridge Health began demolishing Four Seasons Cinema Monday to make room for a new patient-care campus. First opened in 1985, Four Seasons shut down more than five years ago, and is now being torn down. Park Ridge is adding a facility designed to handle up to 150 primary and specialty patients a day. CEO of Park Ridge Health, Jimm Bunch, says the demolition is just the beginning of the impact on the area. "It clearly impacts this community and we believe it can be a stepping-stone to really great things," Bunch said. The historic Seventh Avenue area has seen better days. It's hoped the Park Ridge move starts comeback for small businesses. The actual construction project is slated to begin late next year. _______________ Follow WLOS on social media: WLOS ABC 13 News on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/News13/ WLOS ABC 13 News on Twitter: https://twitter.com/WLOS_13 WLOS ABC 13 News on Instagram: https://instagram.com/wlos_13 Subscribe to WLOS on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/user/ABC13Channel/?sub_confirmation=1 Listen to AnchorMOMS, the Podcast: https://wlos.com/news/anchormoms/anchormoms-the-podcast Watch more top local news stories: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kk8Ge6UXHJs&list=PLkVbaoT-aYbIvnEpR0Ct5QQQqYaORUSUH For all of the day’s top local and national news, visit http://www.wlos.com Watch our live newscasts and other live video at https://wlos.com/watch Have a news tip?
