The following is the first 13 minutes of one of the best Las Vegas documentaries out there, 'The Real Las Vegas'. It first aired in 1996 on the A&E Cable Network, almost a decade before they went all reality show.

This (sliiiiightly out-of-date) show has a ton of rare photos and film, great interviews and interesting facts. I suspect it's out of print, but I'm sure you can get the 2 DVD out there some where.

A personal highlight is Alan King quoting Bugsy Siegel: "Kid, Las Vegas turns women into men and men into idiots!" Classic!!
