I LOVE ROTI. Specifically this type made in Bangkok. Imagine a wheat/flour pancake cooked as thin as possible over a skillet. The mixtures differ but I prefer egg and Banana with a light sprinkle of sweetened condensed milk. Cost between 30 and 45 baht. 1-1.50 USD
