Ran out of credit in the middle of the night, but the meter won't shut off from 6pm to 6am. So of course at 6am it shut off. Went to the store and put more money on the card, but when we tried to power it on, the 9 volt battery in the mpower box didn't have enough juice to send a signal to the meter. It was early Saturday morning and I was feeling lazy, so instead of going BACK to the store for a battery, we improvised.
