Seventy-two people in Baltimore are looking forward to new opportunities in the new year after graduating from the Herbert J. Hoelter Vocational Training Center. Lt. Gov. Boyd Rutherford visited the program over the summer and returned Thursday to speak at the commencement at St. Leo's Pandola Adult Learning Center in east Baltimore. The graduates are now trained for jobs in the automotive industry, while some earned their CDL class B license, and others are trained in HVAC.
