The Negri Sembilan Barisan Nasional has launched an 18-point manifesto and pledged to introduce a “Caring for the Rakyat” scheme should the coalition be returned to power in the general election. Negri Sembilan Barisan chairman Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan said the manifesto, themed “Prospering the State, Caring for the Rakyat”, would help ensure the continued well-being of the people and the state’s continuous growth.
