Tractor-trailer goes off of I-275 and down a hill

ANDERSON TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) - A crash involving a semi-truck shut down eastbound lanes of I-275 Thursday morning. The highway was reopened for rush hour. One lane was closed at 10 a.m. so that crews could remove the truck.

The tractor-trailer went off of the highway just before the New Richmond exit on the highway at about 3:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 9. It landed on its side down a hill. 

The driver of the truck was sitting on the guardrail when medics arrived. He was sent to the hospital with minor injuries. 

The truck was carrying food products from Somerset, Kentucky to Columbus, Ohio.
