A Kansas City homeowner is confused over a letter he received from the city. 
     
It tells him that if his yard problem isn't fixed, he could face a huge fine or even jail time.
 
A letter from the city says an inspector found weeds taller than 10 inches on James Williams' property.
If they aren't taken care of, he could be prosecuted.

Williams says his yard looks fine.
