Foreign beaten up graffiti transit van on the M4 - would this pass the MOT here?!

Went past this foreign van on the M4 (UK) going past Cirencester. Couldn't believe the "van graphics". Looks like it had been sign written by the mobs on the estate where it is left! Every panel has graffiti on it. Must have been embarrasing to drive as everyone was looking at it! The back doors are held shut by those ratchet straps! Sorry about poor quality and frame rate - only had my HTC S710 on me (great phone, not so good movies!)
