This is a visual guide on how to beat Hino-enma in Nioh. This quick and easy guide should be easy to follow. For this fight, you will need to evade a lot. I recommend running rather than evading. 
Since Hino-enma is a yoki, she will be a strong opponent. By following the strategy I used here, you should be able to win. 
I would run away, and when she does her rushing attacked, I'd follow up with a heavy attack combo, reducing her ki bar. 
To better manage my own key, I made sure my equip burden was in the blue.
