COTU Secretary General calls on Luhya leaders to unite

Cotu Sec general Francis Atwoli has called on Luhya leaders to have immediate unity meeting and forge the way ahead as a community. Atwoli has stated that such a move will give the community bargaining power in the 2022 succession politics. The Cotu leader dismissed the current undergoing political campaigns saying it is too early to determine the next president. Atwoli also expressed displeasure at the decision by the government to merge the administration police with regular police.
