At 29 years old she has a Ph.D., is a Poet, write journals, an expert in film, speaks 5 languages and learning two more, translates books into other languages, and the list goes on. And Dr. Cozma has done this all from her electric wheelchair. Born in Romania and moved to the United States when she was 17 she has known since childhood that she wanted to be a writer. She talks about Americans being Hybrids, a mixture of cultures and she is proud to say she is an American. (2006)
