The Consulate General of India in Canada has outsourced all visa services for Canadians to BLS International Services (BLS). You need to submit the visa application at one of the BLS centres. There are currently three BLS centres in Canada and they are located in Toronto, Brampton and Winnipeg. Exceptions to the rule apply to: • Visa applicants with a medical emergency; • Visa applicants of Pakistani descent. If you belong to one of the above categories you can apply at the Consulate General. The Consulate General of India is located at: 365 Bloor Street East, 7th Floor, Toronto ON M4W 3L4.
