I realize that there is a light double tap of the home button to shift the icons lower for easier one handed access and thank my viewers for the tips. However, I did come up with a more physical solution that I outline in this video. I used a self sticking cord anchor that is normally used for attaching cables to solid surfaces and lashing them with a zip tie. I attached the cord anchor to the case of the iPhone 6 and threaded some para cord through it and knotted it to provide a secondary gripping method. I found that this adds some security and comfort for me and figured I would share it as an update. Cord anchors can found in electronic supply stores like Radio Shack, but also in Home Depot and Lowes and also on eBay and Amazon and they are quite inexpensive. 3M has a line of similar removable adhesive hooks in stores like Target and Walmart etc. for those worried about the adhesive marring their case.
