I thought this fight was rather fun. Have Duster lower Passion's accuracy by using the Smoke Bomb skill and then use any attack items you may have. You'll just have to play it by ear (sorry about the bad pun) using regular attacks and hope he goes down quick. Heal using Beef Jerkys or Yogurts if you got them.
