The National Human Rights Commission has begun investigation into the petition for allege killing, unlawful arrest and detention of some members of the association of the Wuye Market allottees by the Nigerian Police Force. The FCT Police Commissioner, Muhammad Mustafa was among the first set of witnesses to appear before the commission to give his own side of the story.
