According to judges, as relayed by Michel, the first run has Matsuzaki Hayato have a bit of front wobble somewhere which we can't see on the video. A 0.5 point lead was established with Ryo taking that 0.5pt advantage. In the 2nd run, same thing happened according to judge, which again, is not visible on the video. Again a 0.5 difference making at a full 1 point advantage for Ryo against Matsuzaki Hayato.

What do you guys think?

Here's my break down of this video

Run 1:

Ryo in the lead vs Matsuzaki at the chase positon. Send iiiiitt!!

Ryo out the gate, Matsuzaki giving plenty room for lead. Ryo initiates early, Matsuzaki follows.
Ryo narrowly missing the first outclip. Matsuzaki giving chase about 1-2 car proximity right
before going into the S corner for the switch. Matsuzaki closes down the gap to about less than
a car proximity going into the S bend. Ryo at the S bend and Matsuzaki right with Ryo. Ryo right out
of the S bend gives a quick shallow attack and switches right for the 2nd corner outclip. At this
point, Matsuzaki has a deeper angle before switching but is still right with Ryo. A few clicks
right after that first outclip at the 2nd corner, Matsuzaki has angle equivalent to Ryo. Going into
the 2nd clip of the 2nd corner, Matsuzaki stays with Ryo. Ryo doing a good job of hitting the
the clips at this point. Matsuzaki being the faster car is right on Ryo's line with almost the
same amount of angle as Ryo. Proximity is still very close right out of the 2nd corner and into
the switch again. As Ryo angles down for the 3rd corner, Matsuzaki is angling also quickly
matching Ryo's angle going into the 3rd corner (0:42). Ryo nails the outclip very nicely, Matsuzaki
tucking right behind Ryo on the same line again as quickly and basically on the same angle. As
Ryo approaches the corner exit, Matsuzaki shallows the angle a very small bit and then quickly
mimics Rio's angle again. Out of the 3rd corner, Matsuzaki is falling behind by about 1.5 cars
now before hitting the outclip at the exit. But quickly, Matsuzaki gains back the close proximity
with bigger drift angle and is about less than a car length just before hitting the clip at 0:46.
Right before the switch, Matsuzaki is at a more angle drift versus Lead car. Ryo hit's the switch
for the last time in this run going into the final wall run. Matsuzaki, switching from a very
deep angle this time falls behind about 3 cars max from what I can see. Ryo doing a nice wall run.
Matsuzaki closes down on Ryo as lead car hits 2nd clip. Ryo going into the last wall clip and
Matsuzaki about maybe a less than a car length distance from Ryo going into the finish on the
same line as lead car. I clearly see a very distinct difference in speed between M Hayato's car
versus Ryo's car.

Run 2:

Run 2 now, M Hayato will now lead and Ryo will give chase. Send ittttt!

Matsuzaki, out of the gate. Ryo giving just the right amount of room for lead. Matsuzaki initiating
Narrowly hits the first outclip. Ryo right with M hayato. Matsu hitting the 2nd outclip. Ryo right
on Hayato. Hayato hits 3rd outclip of the first corner, Ryo shadowing Hayato. And right at 0:22,
Hayato proves his speed superiority and pulls away from Ryo right at the S section. Distance is
hard to judge as the camera angle is too low but I'd guesstimate the distance went from 2-2.5 car
width. M Hayato with wide gap established makes it look like a T angle difference between Lead
and chase car. @ 1:25, Ryo is closing the gap. Takes a shallower angle and an inner line. And
just right at the exit, Hayato has the position advantage to pullaway yet again. The max distance
is about 3.5cars(width) from what I can tell (1:28). Hayato going into the 3rd corner and hitting
the outclip as close to the wall as how Ryo did it in 1st run (1:30). Ryo is still trying to catch
up. Ryo from what I am seeing, takes a shallower angle and inner line to close the gap (1:32). You
can see the big angle difference as Hayato is going for the last outclip of the 3rd corner. Hayato
hits the clip and goes into the switch. At this point (1:33) Ryo has finally closed the gap but
takes the inner line as shortcut for switch. Boom right at Hayato's door. But then Hayato still manages
to pull away (1:36) leaving Ryo to run a shallower angle. Id say about the same 1.5 car width gap
exactly like how run 1 ended. Maybe...

Verdict:

Matsuzaki's car has superior speed and it showed almost entirely at run 1 and run 2. Both cars hit
the clips with the exception that Ryo narrowly missed the first outclip in run 1 as lead car.
