There are various ways to get this achievement, but it can be a little confusing at times. Your best bet to get this is on the level "Choose Wisely", in the Red Wing. Just pick up a safe or box (depending on your starting dimension) and throw it at the window that Ike is standing behind. As it crashes through the window, it will knock him over and you will get the achievement. This achievement can be attained earlier, but this is the most common way for a lot of people.
