Adobe video help needed

I am trying to do video editing with Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 and CS5. I am having issues and problems doing so. Some problems are described in the video. also: -CS5 only sees and accepts the audio track from Toshiba Camileo -CS4 only sees and accepts the video track from Toshiba Camileo -drop in file made with Canon A95 then both vid and audio track come in but audio goes way down to audio track 4 -footage from Sony HDR-HC1 goes into CS4 premiere pro with both audio and video track on track 1 for both why is this? i want both audio and video to come in all the time into the sequence and i want them to be on vid track 1 and audio track 1 or at least allow me to change this, what can i do? please help.
