Tea is the new coffee - at least according to the US hi-tech magazine "Wired". That seems to hold true for Germany as well: Since 2006, tea consumption has been steadily rising, with Germans now drinking an average of 27 liters of per year. We visit a tasting in Hamburg's warehouse district to find out more.
