In this episode of SPPTV Mike finishes the body work on project Sierra 4x4! Fiberglass is laid down, sanded, and cheap black rust paint is sprayed on top. The whole truck will get painted once it is warm outside again, but for now this will do. The box is dropped back on the truck, but not before a couple custom mods to make things easier. A hole is cut in the bed support that was torched apart when we removed the bed. Allowing a nut and bolt to be used, rather then the factory captured nut system. Also a fuel sending unit access hole is cut, in anticipation of a fuel pump needing replacement. You could cut an access hole like this with the box still on the truck, but it would be pretty sketchy. The windshield is replaced already and the truck is now on the road.
