Sony and Nintendo had a partnership before with the add on for the SNES, but Nintendo ended up stabbing them in the back and went with phillips. I think it would be best for both people. Nintendo could stay alive and continue to make games without restrictions and Sony would win the console war next gen. Then Nintendo could come back with a brand new console with what they learned from Sony.
