This is a test upload of the start of the BBC's election coverage for the 1966 General Election held on March 31st 1966. It was recorded via the BBC Parliament channel in 2006 (to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the election) and is being uploaded to determine whether the quality is suitable for a full upload of the coverage. If the whole coverage is uploaded, it is being done so as a historical record of that election, and is not meant in anyway to disregard the copyright that the BBC holds by screening it first in 1966 or it's replay in 2006.
