New York Susquehanna and Western Train WS4, the local freight out of Little Ferry, uncouples from the cars it was shuffling in the yard in Ridgefield Park, runs up to the switch, and backs down to tie on to the rest of its train, which is now a single covered hopper and the other engine, which is CSX GP38-2 2732. The engine we see here is Norfolk Southern GP38-2 5273 Northumberland, which is still in Conrail blue paint. Enjoy the sound of the rev of the roots blown EMD 645, as well as the snappy looking Conrail painted Geep. If you have any questions about the video, feel free to message me. Comments are welcome. The video was taken on June 25th, 2009.
