The people of Alkena in the Tambul-Nebilyer Electorate of Western Highlands Province, recently celebrated the opening of a new Community Health Post in their area.

The project, worth K4.7 Million, will benefit more than 15,000 people.

Western Highlands Province is one of eight Provinces in Papua New Guinea under the Government’s Community Health Project.
