almost done with the anti rare coding. this is just to make the brothers of anatsuken more blanced when fighting each other. i took out the one hit kills cause that is gay. i don't hate rare akuma just making sure there are some blances cause i want to keep the chars close. super gouken is only trigger when fighting rare akuma and will never turn on vs any other character.
