Psynaps shows the best YouTube framerate for game footage videos. People asked me about how I make my slo-motion so smooth. Surprisingly, I've only been using 30fps during capture. It's important to keep your FPS the same throughout the project to avoid problems. Here I show you how to match FPS to avoid audio problems like sync issues, and to maximize video smoothness and quality.

I talk about how to matching your frame-rate:
1.) Video Capture settings (fraps, bandicam, etc)
2.) Composition/Project Settings (After Effects or Sony Vegas)
3.) Image Sequences
4.) Render Settings

If you use Fraps or bandicam, you can set the capture FPS. If you use After Effects or Vegas, you can configure the FPS in the composition/project settings, and again in the render settings.
