This was convoluted. If you don't recruit Seth normally the game freezes at the cutscene just prior to the battle. I'm using the custom party hack here as usual. So perhaps that's why Seth doesn't have to be put into my party here. But honestly I don't know. I do know that at the point I am in the game right now (pre first visit to Zema) that attempting to get Seth in a normal game would cause glitches and an eventual crash due to him not being the fifth member. The game is set to do it all a certain way. The hack I'm using prevents most of the issues in addition to letting you use whoever you like party-wise with a few exceptions in certain places

This worked out really well. The ice digger does excellent damage and the battle doesn't have any issues. After the battle  you go invisible. But it's easily fixed by disembarking from the vehicle.

And there's a typo. Great. "Temporary invisible". Not bad enough to fix. Of course I could fix it easily if Youtube still had annotations. :P

I forgot to add in the video text that the vehicles were added via codes. But I guess that's obvious. I'll link to where you can get them.
