Open Settings App and click on the first Option "System". Under the "system" Tab you will see the option "Storage". Just click on it. As soon as you do that, Under Local Storage, you will see all the Drives of your computer on the right side of the window. 

Simply Select the drive from which you want to Clean up Junk. You will see detailed information about the storage usage, where you will see options like System & reserved, Apps & Games, Documents, Temporary Files etc. So, if you wish to delete the Temporary Files, just click on it. A new panel will Open. There you will see a Remove Button, Just click on it. All  the temporary Files will be instantly deleted, creating some free space. Similarly, you can use other options to get even more hard disk space.
