Lisa Highfill introduces you to the Highfill Crew... her room full of thirty-two 'tweeting, class-room flipping, bring-your-own-device' creators and makers ...her 'day family.'  Lisa, as a 5th grade teacher in Pleasanton California, is their 'day mom.' 

Lisa Highfill, 5th grade educator & Ed Tech specialist from Pleasanton CA, is a thinker, philosopher, debater, and educator interested in helping to develop 21st century thinkers.  A 19-year veteran teacher, Lisa's passion centers on innovative learning strategies that leverage modern learning models and technology, including the 'flipped classroom.'  For 13 years, she has been a district mentor and staff developer for technology, utilizing her masters in Ed Tech leadership.  Lisa is also a Google Certified Teacher and an inaugural member of the YouTube Star Teachers.
