Manas, the water time keeper, is a top tier 3 star champion.  His incredible versatility makes him great from early to late game.  Progressing with Manas does mean that his gear can fluctuate dramatically.  Which brings us to my current Manas build.

My current manas is adept broken with atk, atk, atk.  His subs are focused almost exclusively on accuracy since I didn’t have the gear to put him on precise.  This is a dramatic change from the hp, hp, hp adept precise build that I recommended early on.  This is due to the change in the team compositions that he is apart of.  Most of the raid teams I run now are based on speed and having attack over HP is essential for eeking out those few critical seconds.  

That said, I did build two fully skilled 6 starred water time keepers early on to help me progress through the content.  They are not as necessary now, but early game they were absolutely clinch to progressing.
