I always enjoy Japanese puzzles. They seem to have their own sort of style. 

I didn't do everything intended in this puzzle since I didn't use one of the bombs, but I feel like I was pretty close. The trick in this puzzle is to realize you cannot have the launcher fire until the very end. If a launcher fires a one-up, it will not ever fire another one after a reset. You need the one-up at the end of the puzzle to activate a P-Switch, so you cannot have the launcher fire beforehand. 

The puzzle is therefore figuring out a way to prevent the launcher from firing a one-up as well as going all around the level to break blocks to set up the ending.
