There are levels to maturity, I realized this at a young age and I'm still seeing it today. Some people are mature in the physical sense of ego and others are mature spiritually in sense of spirit(crown chakra). This means that some people understand how to be mature in the matrix game of paying your bills, politics, etc. While others are spiritually mature ,and understand what life is about outside this physical matrix ,dealing with wisdom, empathy, etc.
