State Attorney General Pam Bondi said she wants the U.S. Supreme Court to decide soon if Florida's ban on gay marriage is unconstitutional. Five judges have so far ruled that the 2008 voter imposed ban is unconstitutional. Bondi has filed numerous appeals she has said to protect the state's constitution.
