Motorola Defy + (Plus) randomly restarts

Recently I got a new cell phone - Motorola defy plus.  But it didn't take not a day until I noticed that it often reboots by itself. In the beginning I didn't understand why it is so, but I knew that it is new and it shouldn't restart. So I tried to figure out, and at one point I got to the conclusion that it only happens when I do something where SIM card is actively used. So I tried to run it without it and it never restarted, then I put the SIM card back in and took out sd card and well phone restarted. After then I did some more tests, I purposely sent some sms, and well then phone just started to reboot all the time, because when ever it restarted, it tried to send sms again and again and well in the end the other person got like 4-5 same sms but on my phone there was still an icon that my sms is not yet sent. So after two day struggling I decided that I have to get it to the warranty service, where they took my phone and after 1 month+ they said me that they have determined the problem, it was mother board and they have replaced it and I can come after my phone. Since then I haven't noticed same problem again.
