Creamy cheesy pasta - معكرونة بالجبن و الصوص الكريمي - The Bite of Delight

Creamy Cheesy Pasta:

2.5 Cups of Pasta
1.5 Cups of whole milk
3 Chicken stock cubes
1 tsp of flour
1 cube of kiri cheese at room temp (optional)
100 grams of Gouda cheese (or Any brand you like)
2 Tbsp of finely diced onions
2 crushed cloves of garlic
2 Tbsp of finely diced green peppers
2 Tbsp of finely diced red peppers
Salt and black pepper to taste

معكرونة بالجبن و الصوص الكريمي

2.5 كوب من المعكرونة أي شكل حسب الرغبة
1.5 كوب من اللبن الحليب الكامل الدسم 
3 مكعب مرقة دجاج
1 ملعقة صغيرة من الدقيق
1 مكعب من الجبن الكيري في درجة حرارة الغرفة
100 جرام من جبن الجودة المبشورة (أي نوع حسب الرغبة)
2 ملعقة كبيرة من البصل المقطع ناعم جداً 
2 فص ثوم مهروس 
2 ملعقة كبيرة من الفلفل الأخضر المقطع ناعم
2 ملعقة كبيرة من الفلفل الأحمر المقطع ناعم 
ملح و فلفل اسود حسب الرغبة
