Welcome to another episode of VGC 18 Baek to Baek Battles, a VGC Battle Spot Series as I go on the Championship Battle Spot Ladder and play some games. The goal of the series is to try out new Pokemon, new strategies and learn as we battle one battle at a time towards the end of the season and the VGC 2018 World Championship!

For this week on VGC 18 Baek to Baek Battles, we are testing out Mega Latios. While the Lati twins are usually neglected especially Latios because Mega Latias tends to be the more popular of the duo, I try out Mega Latios for a more offensive approach on a Tailwind team. With decent bulk, speed and power, and pairing it with Mamoswine and Xurkitree that benefit greatly under Tailwind, we'll find out if these Pokemon can do well. A Psychic Monkey can instruct us but so can an artist?
