First up I had to get into the Harajuku girl culture and go Shopping in Harajuku. Takeshita Street houses a number of quirky shops selling colorful clothes, accessories and costumes. I especially loved W ♥ C for its amazing selection of sweaters - perfect for the fall! For someone who loves all things sparkly and unique, Harajuku is a shopping paradise. For those with a sweet tooth, Harajuku delivers! You will find crepes with hundreds of flavor selections at places like Santa Monica, rainbow cotton candy, and customizable ice cream at Eddy’s along the streets of Harajuku. But the highlight for me was the Kawaii Monster Cafe, filled with bright colors, Alice in Wonderland-esque design themes, and colorful and anthropomorphized food. Finally, you can't come to Harajuku without getting at least one Purikura! It was my first time using the customizable photo booth which makes your eyes bigger and lips and cheeks redder.
