Barry McGoey (YFD) Keith Olson (YPD) and Lionel Turner (CSEA) reacted to a recent video interview with Yonkers Mayor Spano on Yonkers Voice Central. The group was vehemently opposed to statements made by Mayor Spano regarding job layoffs, and the proposed Yonkers City budget. Job cuts would impact 72 police officers, 30 firefighters, and 251 members of CSEA leaving many without healthcare and forcing some to seek assistance from social services. Can the City of Yonkers afford this?
