This is a gameplay footage from the expansion patch Mothership Zeta for Fallout 3. This is the final stage of the ship after the thousands of aliens and droids killed, the 1000 doors opened and those 3 generators exploded. For those who never tried this game before, I must say it's the best game released yet by its genre. It's a must have for those who like this kind of game, you have lots of things to discover, a great amount of weapons and cloths/suits, lots of ways to make some money, quests etc.
