Three Boys Brewery (Canada Home Brewery) noticed that our small beer batch started to ferment in under 20 minutes after pitching some Coopers ale yeast. Set up for a blow off that never occurred, but when you see what a few billion yeast cells can do in slow motion, it's quite interesting!
