The most common way to begin an introduction in Mandarin Chinese is by using: 

Jiàn dào nĭ hĕn gāoxìng!
见到你很高 兴!
Nice to meet you!

However, there are more specific phrases we use to show excitement when meeting someone for the first time. Today, Teacher Becky will introduce some new words and phrases you can use to impress others when meeting people and being introduced by others.

久仰 (jiǔyǎng) = long time

仰慕 (yǎngmù) = to admire

幸会 (xìnghuì) = honor or pleasure (when meeting someone)

幸会, 幸会! (Xìnghuì, xìnghuì!)
