[email protected] A second round of freezing rain fell across the Kansas City, MO area overnight leaving numerous roads, bridges and off ramps slick from ice. The icy roads caused numerous accidents and car crashes across the Kansas City metro area as emergency responders, police and road crews worked tirelessly to get to everyone.
