Boss Info: The second boss of chapter 3 is a big blooper. This is mainly a tutorial on how to use Bowser. Even though it defies all logic, Bowsers fire breath works underwater, and its your only method of attacking against most aquatic enemies. This is one of the few times youll hear the generic boss theme, and its far superior to those in Paper Mario 1 and 2. Low Level Tips: -This guy is pathetic. Hes barely even a boss.
